The Forum redevelopment is a holistic design that integrates the new office building with its surroundings and revitalizes the entire Exchange Square development. The latest addition visually and physically opens up the site and creates a new comfortable element within its surroundings. The building design is inspired by precious gems. Its form gently leans back and opens up from the plaza to a grand double-height lobby space and covered walkway. As a Grade-A office in the heart of the Central district, the column-free office interior with 2.9 meters of floor-to-ceiling space evokes a tailor-made environment with ample natural daylight from all elevations.
2017 Qianhai Hengue International Finance Centre Public Area & Sales Office (Shenzhen)
QFC Shenzhen is a new central business district. The mixed-use towers will house commercial offices and residential units and aim to achieve three different sustainability goals. Construction of the buildings started in January 2015 and is scheduled to open by the end of 2025.
